We are inviting collaborators to join a research initiative titled “Performance of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots in Defining Common Health System Terms.” This project aims to evaluate how effectively AI chatbots interpret and define key terminology used across health systems. In this regard, a glossary of terms published by the world health organization (WHO) would be utilized and the terms would be given to multiple AI chatbots to define using a predefined prompt.
The assessment will be conducted using two validated tools by multiple professionals within the context:
- Global Quality Score (GQS)
- mDISCERN Instrument
Our goal is to explore the reliability, clarity, and educational value of chatbot-generated definitions in the context of public health communication and system navigation.
