 - Inspire and support a global Editorial Board and actively promote the journal within the international research community.
 - Stay informed of emerging trends in power engineering and academic publishing, and be open to innovation.
 - Uphold and champion principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the journal’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the publisher to define and implement journal development goals for direct submissions.
 - Recruit, support, and manage an inclusive and diverse Editorial Board that reflects the journal’s scope and submission base.
 - Oversee the peer-review process and take final responsibility for editorial decisions on direct submissions.
 - Maintain rigorous editorial standards and ensure the integrity of the research published.
 - Proactively commission content and encourage high-quality submissions from across the global research community.
