I am a consultant psychiatrist and Head of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Department at Al Masarra Hospital, Ministry of Health, Oman. I serve as an author, editor, and reviewer for academic journals and book projects, with clinical and research interests in rehabilitation psychiatry, clozapine and treatment-resistant psychosis, community mental health, and medical education. My current academic work focuses on simulation-based education in psychiatry training, digital mental health service delivery, and mental health systems development in the Middle East.
