Springer Nature is pleased to host an Author Workshop during the 21st National Youth Congress on Catalysis (21NYCC), one of China's premier academic events for young catalysis researchers. Hosted by Inner Mongolia University and supported by the Catalysis Society of the Chinese Chemical Society, the conference brings together leading experts, young scholars, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students to exchange the latest advances in catalysis science and technology.

As part of the congress, the Springer Nature Author Workshop will provide practical guidance to researchers seeking to increase the visibility, impact, and global reach of their research.

Workshop Highlights

  • Publishing in High-Impact Journals
Learn effective manuscript preparation and submission strategies, understand editorial expectations, and gain insights into navigating peer review successfully.
  • Academic Book Publishing
Discover how to develop a compelling book proposal and transform your research expertise into a published book with global reach.
  • One-on-One Expert Consultation
Engage directly with Springer Nature publishing professionals to discuss journal selection, manuscript preparation, and publication opportunities tailored to your research.
  • Interactive Activities and Exclusive Gifts
Participate in on-site activities and receive special Springer Nature giveaways and event benefits.

Featured Journal: Catal

The workshop will also introduce Catal, Springer Nature's fully open access journal dedicated to publishing advances across the full spectrum of catalysis and reaction engineering. The journal focuses on research addressing critical challenges in energy, environment, health, and other essential scientific and engineering fields, with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Why publish in Catal?

  • Fully open access, maximizing the visibility and reach of your research worldwide.
  • Prioritizes research with significant catalytic applications and real-world impact.
  • Supports and promotes emerging researchers.
  • APC waivers available for eligible authors.
  • Covers key areas including photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, thermocatalysis, environmental catalysis, industrial catalysis, biocatalysis, catalyst design, and computational catalysis.

Researchers, young scholars, and graduate students attending 21NYCC are warmly invited to join the workshop, connect with Springer Nature experts, and explore opportunities to share their research with the global scientific community.
