The latest issue of Global Public Policy and Governance is guest-edited by Professor Yijia Jing at Fudan University, Professor Tom Pegram at University College London, Professor Emeritus Bert Rockman at Purdue University, and Dr. Christiane Traniello at Villa Vigoni, with a theme on Trumpism and Global Governance. This special issue (SI) aims to disclose the impacts of Trumpist policies on global governance and the global responses and future prospects. Articles included in this SI analyze such impacts on general global governance and specific areas like climate, domestic roots and impacts of Trumpism, and responses from global powers like China and the EU. These articles, with very diverse author backgrounds, together represent an intellectual attempt to understand and evaluate the complex impacts that Trumpism brings to the global system.
Details can be found here. The majority of the articles in this SI are either open access based or can be freely accessed until Feb 23, 2026.
