Investigating subcellular transcriptional programs in triple negative breast cancer cells
Gene expression programs are fundamental for the right maintenance of the cell, in fact they are known to be aberrant in cancer cells. Until now, gene expression programs have been investigated in a limited manner. This work aims to achieve a more detailed characterization of these programs.
A joint diffusion/collision model for crystal growth in pure liquid metals
In this paper, I proposed a joint diffusion/collision model to describe the growth kinetics of the liquid/solid interfaces for pure metals. This study resolved a long-standing
questions in solidification theory: Whether or not the growth is thermal activated in pure
liquid metals?
