ARID1A’s role in lineage plasticity and therapeutic response in breast cancer
We uncover a critical role for ARID1A in maintaining luminal cell identity and endocrine therapy response in ER+ breast cancer.
The Peter Pan syndrome: stalled development in pediatric brain tumors
We use a data-driven approach to identify cell of origin in several pediatric brain tumor entities, and show that tumor gene expression programs are consistent with stalled differentiation of the corresponding normal lineages
Negative selection and neoantigen depletion in the cancer genome: in search for what’s not there
In our latest manuscript we describe a systematic analysis of negative selection pressures acting on neoantigen forming mutations. Contrary to what is generally believed we did not find any clear evidence of this immunogenic form of selection and the resulting neoantigen depletion.
