The Editor-in-Chief of the journal npj Science of Learning, Professor Pankaj Sah, is to be a guest speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Educational Neuroscience. The title of his talk is 'The new science of learning'. The conference will be held in Abu Dhabi, from 5–6 March 2017, and has been organized by the Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit at the Emirates College for Advanced Education.

The conference has been designed to promote high-quality research and developments, foster international collaborations, and to allow students to network with experts who are at the top of their fields.

The key goals of the meeting are to present the latest developments in neuroscience that could have profound implications for health and learning. The findings presented will have a multidisciplinary focus, and represent some of the most reliable approaches in cognitive neuroscience, brain imaging, brain plasticity, neuropsychology, health and medicine, and technology.
