The Motivation

As AI technologies advance rapidly, enterprises increasingly face ethical dilemmas around fairness, transparency, and accountability. However, practical frameworks to guide ethical AI integration in real-world organizations remained limited. This gap inspired the conception of the AI-C2C (Conscious to Conscience) framework.

Challenges and Gaps Found

A major challenge was bridging the wide gap between AI "consciousness" (technical awareness) and "conscience" (embedding human values in decisions). Existing governance models often lacked operational clarity or failed to adapt to dynamic business environments.

Research Process and Approach

We conducted extensive literature reviews across ethics, AI policy, and organizational governance domains. Real-world case studies helped identify patterns. Interviews with digital transformation leaders and AI practitioners further refined the model to ensure practical relevance.

Impact and Future Directions

This work aims to help organizations move beyond compliance checklists toward responsible, self-driven AI usage. Future work will involve empirical validation of AI-C2C in different industry sectors and expanding the model to include emerging AI innovations.
