CAUSES AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSITIONS OF MÖSSBAUER NUCLEI (part 3)

The discovery by Mendeleev of the law of the periodic system of chemical elements established the numerical order of the content of stable mass determinations in the composition of our planet. The sequence of causes and conditions for the formation of the content of mass numbers in the periodic table are determined by the serial number of the charge number of each element. For conditions of spatial values, outside of our planet, this order can be any. For example, the sequence of expanding the structure of the Hydrogen charge establishes its order of alternating chemical symbols according to the principle of charge-to-mass ratio. In this case, the notion of periodicity of the mass system is changing. Here, the numbers of the proton vary due to the conditions for the combination of functional fragments in a certain mathematical sequence with respect to the content of the mass number. In turn, the neutron numbers change in the opposite order, forming the general structure of the nucleon of the cyclic coupling of the variable functions in the structure of the mass number. The ratio of integer numbers of charges and integers of neutrons make up different groups of equal values of the functions of protons and neutrons in different elements. This is mathematics!
Thus, the sorting of the sequence of all isotopes can be different with respect to any data of functional structures of chemical symbols. It remains only the reason that determines the principle of logical sequence for a certain order of the composition of functional fragments.

In this text, the author provides a logical continuation of the definition of the causes and conditions for the manifestation of the essence of genetic processes. If we proceed from the hypothesis of the concept of the world proposed by Alexander Rich, then the structure of the RNA should gird the whole Universe, or be the Universe itself. Then the DNA, in this case, is a certain substance, a certain combination of cyclic functional conditions in the composition of one period of the global polymer. In terms of the functional structure of the primary volume, the principle of chirality distributes the values of bases and final volumes in the composition of interphase determinations.

For genetic values, these are later functional complexes.
