The study contributes evidence on how residential learning environments relate to trainee well-being and academic engagement, while highlighting considerations for student support, infrastructure planning, and educational quality improvement.

The findings provide practical insights for health sciences training institutions, educational administrators, and policymakers seeking to strengthen student learning environments and optimize institutional resources.
