Science of True Happiness: How to Create a Happier World

Diversified human beings are looking for happiness in uncountable ways. We studied thousands of research publications on varying aspects of happiness: The study was on behaviors of thousands of individuals, society, and globally on How, why, when, what limits happiness, and how to overcome it.

Why is the research valuable?

Dear colleague,

Amazingly, you might not believe that happiness would be the most fundamental psychological reward, we all are struggling to earn in every moment!

Here, you might find the science behind the true happiness that results in the billions of years of the biological evolution of your brain!

This interdisciplinary study addresses pressing societal so many issues such as terrorism, crime, divorce, homicides, theft, bribery, corruption, war, and drug abuse by exploring their underlying psychological roots. Identifying over 3,000 major 'mind viruses ' in our incredible human brain-mind, is certainly different than mechanisms in computer viruses, that distort human intelligence and decision-making, and limit your true happiness. Certainly,  certain mind viruses make great delusion, even if you're a 'healthy' person. This research proposes a transformative approach to mental health through the introduction of 3,000 positive "healthy mind viruses". We found better ways to scan those mind viruses by healthy mind viruses that enhance physical and mental well-being. By examining the evolution of intelligence from a biological perspective and considering the implications of consciousness in the context of probability afterlife, the study found a psychological framework as an effective method for identifying and mitigating these detrimental influences. Additionally, it explores concepts like nature, nurture,  and newly hypothesized two microparticles that are crucial to the functioning of your brain -mind evolution and consciousness. The distinction between clock and psychological time, and the pursuit of true happiness, and attempt to present you fresh answering over forty big questions. We found a 3D graph illustrating the mechanisms of individual,  social, and global happiness and intelligence evolution in a huge network underscores the potential for fostering a more harmonious - happier world. How and why relatively higher level 'of intelligence person/s impact enhance others' intelligence and happiness IF life after death is a fact, your present level of evolution intelligence might be crucial to the qualities ( nature)and place ( nurture ) you will be born next, in an unknown place of the universe/s.

Key Findings and the Arguments of the Article

A groundbreaking research like that experienced meditators had lower expression of genes related to inflammation after a day of meditation,(1) inspired my mind greatly to find answers to questions of how and why meditation impact on brain- mind. And what is the definition for meditation should be in a broader sense, so on.

This comprehensive study examines the fundamental factors affecting Happiness, human intelligence, and its evolution, with a particular focus on psychological aspects. Here are the key findings and arguments:

Main Thesis:
- Human intelligence is limited or reversible through certain decisions and is significantly impacted by what the author terms "psychological mind viruses (MVs)"
- These limitations arise from delusional thoughts and decisions that decrease intelligence
- The solution lies in "healthy mind viruses (HMVs)" and proper mental training

Key Components:
1. Intelligence Development Factors:
- Intelligent learning
- Training (meditation)
- Intelligent decision-making
- Brain nature and nurture
- X-ultra quantum conscious particle genome (X-UQCPG)( hypothesis)
- All these factors are interdependent( except X-UQCPG)

2. Buddhist Connection:
- Early Buddhist teachings, particularly the 8-fold path, are presented as an efficient methodology for intelligence evolution
- Meditation and mindful decision-making are crucial for developing intelligence
- The author suggests that Buddhist practices can help overcome psychological limitations

3. Mind Viruses (MVs):
- Identified as primary limiting factors for intelligence development
- Can be counteracted by healthy mind viruses (HMVs)
- Impact optimal living and psychological, physical, and social well-being

4. Theoretical Framework:
- Proposes a 3D theoretical graph representing the relationship between:
  - Human intelligence development
  - Nature
  - Nurture
  - X-UQCPG
  - Psychological well-being

5. Practical Applications:
- Emphasizes the importance of meditation and mindful practices
- Suggests that intelligence can be evolved through proper training
- Highlights the role of decision-making in intelligence development

Conclusions:
- Intelligence evolution is possible through proper mental training and decision-making
- Buddhist practices, particularly meditation and the 8-fold path, offer practical methods for intelligence development
- The relationship between mind, body, and consciousness is complex and interconnected
- Proper understanding and application of HMVs can lead to improved intelligence and well-being

The paper presents a unique blend of some early Buddhist teachings with modern psychological theory, suggesting that ancient wisdom may hold the keys to understanding and developing human intelligence in contemporary contexts.

Certainly, viewing the big picture and finding the science of the great questions mentioned above is not an easy task. We need to be scientists with considerable knowledge in many disciplines simultaneously and have great ambition, patience, and curiosity to do a meta-analysis and review of meta-analyses and meta-reviews on several big questions.

Now, you are our true judges—scientists. I humbly request you to give us critical comments on our simple article.

Big thank you!❤️

Most sincerely,

Senarath Dayathilake
