Hello everyone,
As a final-year undergraduate student, I am very interested in learning how to effectively reach out to professors or fellow researchers when proposing a joint project.

What is the best way to introduce myself and my research background? How detailed should the initial proposal be, and what elements make an email or message more likely to receive a positive response?

I would love to hear your experiences and suggestions on how to build meaningful collaborations across institutions or countries.

Thank you in advance for sharing your insights!
