Dr. P. Soundarapandian, Director (i/c), CAS in Marine Biology welcomed the gathering. Prof. Dr. P. Ananatharaman, Dean, Faculty of Marine Sciences has delivered the Inaugural address. The chief guest, Prof. M. Prakash, Controller of Examination, Annamalai University delivered the inaugural address. He remembered the CAS Emirates Scientist and under the scheme only four Students from various Universities were selected on a merit basis. Dr. P. Santhanam, Associate Professor, at Bharathidasan University, spoke about the Keynote address. Dr. A. Gopalakrishnan, Assistant Professor & Co-organizer explained the Skill Development Programme in detail.

I am Dr.B.Deivasigamani, working as an Associate Professor & UGC-Research Awardee, DST-SERB Young Scientist Awardee, AWARD FOR INCREDIBLE RESEARCHER OF INDIA -2021 by Record Owner Delhi- 110009, India. (23.08.2021),Outstanding Scientist Award (August 2021) by VD Good Professional Association of India, Life timeDignitary Fellows (August 2021)by the International Organization for Academic and Scientific Development, OUTSTANDING FACULTY OF THE YEAR-2021. EET CRS Research Wings for excellence in professional education & industry present the 9th Branding Award July 2021 by Kolkata India. My area of research is fish immunology. I have published 15 books, 15 manuals and more than 88 research papers in reputed International journals and 10 National journals. I am an editorial board member and reviewer of International Academic Journals and have professional membership of Indian Science Congress Association (Life member), Journal of Environmental Biology and Journal of Aquatic Biology. Identified 75 16S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence. I completed two minor projects (UGC minor and TNSCST student project) and nine Major projects UGC, MoES, CSIR, DST-SERB and Indo-Vietnam (DST-MOST)-International collaborative project. I visited Vietnam country for the Indo-Vietnam collaborative project bilateral research project meeting from August 2012 to 2014. I conducted 26 training programs on fish immunology and immuno-technology,  Enzyme technology sponsored by UGC, DBT and DST, Government of India, New Delhi and a summer training Programme on Bioprocess Technology (Enzyme Technology).
