RNA-Puzzles Round V: evaluation of RNA structure prediction on 23 targets

RNA-Puzzles is a community-wide evaluation of RNA 3D structure prediction since 2012. We report the state-of-the-art prediction in the field using 23 RNA targets in RNA-Puzzles Round V. See the paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-024-02543-9.

SCCAF: machine learning infers putative cell types

We describe SCCAF a computational approach to identify putative cell clusters from single-cell RNA-seq data. SCCAF automatically identifies the “ground truth” cell assignments with high accuracy in various benchmark datasets and captures the discriminative feature genes of the cell types.
