Excellent reflection. It is becoming increasingly clear that it is an illusion to believe that everything can be planned, calculated, and executed according to predefined rules as if we were machines. Shifting the focus toward hands-on, outdoor activities that rely on observation and involve a high degree of uncertainty reminds us that this may, in fact, be the wisest way to get things done. Good luck with the gophers! Hope they cooperate. 😊
