About Dailos Hernández-Brito
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Doñana Biological Station (EBD-CSIC) in Spain. My work focuses on behavioural ecology and the ecological interactions associated with invasive species, with a particular emphasis on parrots and their impacts on native biota. I investigate the complex relationships between non-native parrots and recipient communities, including both competitive and facilitative interactions involving plants and animals. Through this work, I aim to advance our understanding of biological invasions and their ecological consequences.
