I am a Researcher at the University of Science and Technology of China, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and biomedicine, with a particular focus on developing machine-learning and generative-modeling methods for single-cell, spatial and multi-omics data integration, tumor microenvironment characterization, and biological discovery from large-scale biomedical data.
