I'm a disease ecologist, working as a Professor at the Department of Biology at Eastern Washington University. I'm most interested in vector-borne diseases, transmitted by ticks and mosquitoes, but dabbled in many other systems. I also teach biostatistics at both the undergraduate and graduate level, and I have interests in the use of generative AI in biostatistics and teaching in general.
