Currently, I work on organizational restructuring projects, healthcare consulting, accreditation processes, leadership development, and strategic support for healthcare institutions undergoing transformation.
I am also involved in the development of child-centered and multidisciplinary clinics, with emphasis on family-centered care, healthcare process organization, and patient experience.
I believe that sustainable healthcare outcomes are built through the integration of strong organizational culture, leadership, well-structured processes, and aligned multidisciplinary teams committed to quality and safety.
