I was doing my evening walk and started wondering that we talk of IT , big data, AI and so much while many SMEs in India dont know about these. The SMEs are not using emails to communicate, they dont have software to take care of their sales or inventory nor they have any technological support to take care of their HR activities. At the maximum they are using "Tally" to record their financial transactions.
This gave birth to the idea and I started exploring further. I found not many studies are there that explore "Why SMEs dont use ICT". This is where I started working on this and rest is the history.
