I am looking for a researcher to collaborate on a bioinformatics research project focused on cancer genomics.

The proposed study will involve:
🔹 Clustering cancer patients based on their mutational landscape.
🔹 Integrating mutation and transcriptomic (gene expression) data.
🔹 Identifying molecular subtypes and their underlying biological pathways.
🔹 Exploring clinically relevant biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets using publicly available datasets.

The project will primarily utilize bioinformatics and statistical analyses, with the goal of producing a high-quality publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

I am inviting researchers with experience or interest in:

* Bioinformatics
* Cancer genomics
* RNA-seq or transcriptomic analysis
* R programming
* Multi-omics data integration
