Sleep disorders and disruptions can negatively impact metabolic health. Scientific Reports is pleased to announce the launch of a new Guest Edited Collection highlighting this research.

Studies in this Collection will investigate the association between sleep loss and the impaired or altered metabolism of glucose, amino acid, and lipids, as well as the diseases these metabolic changes can lead to.

The Collection is open for submissions of original research articles in this area until the end of October 2022. For information on the submission process and our Guest Edited Collection policies, please see our Calls for Papers page.
