This year marks an important milestone for the Discover journals at Springer Nature: five years since the first thirteen Discover titles started publishing papers from across our research communities. What began as an ambitious effort to create broad-scope, high‑quality, community‑driven journals has now grown into a thriving portfolio, supported and shaped by the research community.
As we celebrate five years of Discover Journals Series, we are delighted to share the latest indexing metrics of 2025 for the first thirteen Discover journals. These milestones reflect the growing visibility and recognition of journals that were established with a clear mission: to provide inclusive, multidisciplinary platforms that accelerate the sharing of sound science.
