female patient, 24 years old, presented to our outpatient clinics at the otorhinolaryngology department hospital; she presented with persistent bilateral nasal obstruction since birth, mouth breathing, persistent nasal
discharge, and anosmia. There were no complaints of snoring, cyanosis, recurrent hospital admissions, or recurrent upper respiratory tract infection.
She denied any history of previous nasal trauma or nasal surgery. On examination, the patient has associated anomalies such as an arched palate, prognathism, disturbed alveolar arches, and mal occlusion class III. On endoscopic examination, the nasal septum was seen to be located at midline,
rudimentary middle turbinate, and bilateral posterior choanal plates were atretic . Computed Tomography (CT) showed Bilateral CA. Upon this, the patient was prepared for nasal surgery to open the posterior choana and establish the nasal passages.
