Dr. Alessandro Giuliani is mainly involved in the generation and testing of soft physical and statistical models for life sciences, with a special emphasis on the elucidation of mesoscopic complex systems like protein sequence/structure prediction, quantitative structure/activity relations in medicinal chemistry, analysis of physiological time series, analysis of ecological systems, gene expression regulation. He is involved in teaching and formation activities on quantitative methods and epistemology of biomedical scholars.
