About Dongsheng Han
My research focuses on clinical microbiology and infection-related molecular diagnostics. I have led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and participated in several national major research programs, including the National Key R&D Program. I have contributed to drafting multiple national standards and expert consensuses, and have published over 40 peer-reviewed papers as first or corresponding author, with an h-index of 24. One of my studies was recognized among the “Top 5000 Leading Chinese Scientific Papers.” I was honored as an Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Clinical Microbiologist by SIFIC in 2023, and I previously served as a long-term visiting scholar at Stanford University, focusing on clinical microbiology. I currently serve on several national and provincial academic committees, including the Clinical Microbiology Group of the Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine and the Youth Committee of the Zhejiang Medical Association.
