About Dr. Stavroula Rakitzi

I am a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist in Athens Greece. I have been trained in CBT in Athens Greece. I have studied psychology at the Georg-August University of Goettingen in Germany and i have gone my PhD studies in the field of clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the University of Koblenz-Landau in Germany. I have published 3 books by springer Nature as well as papers in journals. I am a reviewerin in various Jounals. My research focuses on the efficacy of the combination of pharmacotherapy and CBT, rehabilitation by mental health disorders and especially by chronic mental health disorders. I offer supervision in CBT in my private practice by younger colleagues and i offer lectures regarding clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy in my private practice as well as in european universities.
