About Feng-Ming Zhang

Feng-Ming Zhang is currently a professor at the School of Material Science and Chemical Engineering at Harbin University of Science and Technology. He is director of Key Laboratory of Green Chemical Engineering and Technology of Heilongjiang Province. He received his Ph.D in Inorganic Chemistry from HeiLongJiang University School of Chemistry, China, in 2014. After this, he worked at Harbin University of Science and Technology. During 2015-2017, he carried out postdoctoral research at NanJing Normal University in Prof. Ya-Qian Lan’s group. In 2018, he performed his investigation as visiting scholar at University of California, Riverside at Pingyun Feng’s group for one year. His research focuses on energy catalysis with the aim of developing crystalline and porous catalysts which can efficiently split water into hydrogen and convert CO2 to energy and chemicals. In recognition of his work, he has been awarded the second-class reward of science and technology of HeiLongJiang Province, Harbin Youth Science and Technology Award.
