"What if every student had a mentor to run to with their research ideas?".
Although, as medical students, the founders of ERN did not have mentors to run to with their research ideas? As healthcare practitioners, their emergence has blossomed into a rich network of mentors, availing medical students across the Global South with a conducive environment for exploring their research ideas.
As a medical student, an ERN member since November 2023, and a beneficiary of this wonderful initiative, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to launch my research career through this amazing network.
