Jay Ananda is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at CQUniversity’s Melbourne Campus. His research interests centre on environmental economics, consumer behaviour, food sustainability, and water policy. He brings over 20 years of experience and a solid track record of publications, research projects, and industry consultancies. With over seventy highly cited publications, including articles in top-ranked journals, He is listed among the World’s Top 2% Highly Cited Scientists (2024), as published by Stanford University and Elsevier. He serves as the Associate Editor for Water Policy, the official journal of the World Water Council.
