I am an associate professor and research coordinator at the University El Bosque in Bogota, Colombia. I am an ecologist working in functional ecology. I use dung beetles (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) as an indicator tool to quantify ecosystem services and anthropogenic environmental impacts. My research interests include diversity dynamics, fragmentation, biogeographic patterns, and invasive species.
