With a PhD in Computer Science Engineering, specializing in energy-efficient cloud computing and dynamic virtual machine scheduling, I am currently an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. My research explores cloud computing, fog and edge computing, artificial intelligence, and optimization algorithms, focusing on solutions that improve resource utilization and lower energy consumption in complex digital infrastructures.
My interests span across edge AI, green computing, metaheuristic techniques, compact algorithm design, and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. I am also passionate about data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, virtualization, and open source software development. Over the years, I have contributed to reputed journals and conferences through innovative research in virtual machine scheduling, optimization in cloud environments, and practical frameworks for scalable and sustainable computing.
My academic journey includes mentorship, curriculum development, and active participation in national projects such as the Indian Banking Community Cloud. I strive to bridge the gap between theory and real-world impact, empowering students to pursue interdisciplinary research and collaborative innovation in computer science.
