My name is Kathryn. I am currently in a season of professional transition and continuous learning, guided by credible training, ethical practice, and professional growth. I am grateful to be connected with Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, whose values of service, courage, honor, leadership, and lifelong learning continue to inspire my practice.

I will also be sharing the Global Nursing Leadership Competency Framework, a reflective and practical resource for nurses, educators, and leaders to assess workforce capability, support nurse development, guide structured recruitment processes, and strengthen quality and performance measures in healthcare practice.
