Moh Hisyam Hermawan is a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon, Indonesia, and serves as Head of the University’s Intellectual Property Center. His academic and professional interests include strategic management, competitive strategy, corporate entrepreneurship, organizational performance, human resource management, operations management, engineering materials, intellectual property governance, and higher education management.

His current research examines how external and internal environments, corporate entrepreneurship, competitive strategy, and relational capabilities influence university performance. He has experience conducting quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), including hierarchical component models and mediation analysis.

He is actively involved in teaching, academic writing, research publication, intellectual property development, and institutional quality improvement. He is particularly interested in interdisciplinary collaboration that connects management, technology, entrepreneurship, local wisdom, and sustainable organizational development.
