About Mohamed Mazouzi
I am an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Sfax, Tunisia, and a researcher affiliated with the Computer Embedded Systems (CES) laboratory. My research lies at the intersection of distributed systems, dynamic networks, and embedded architectures.
My work focuses on the design and performance evaluation of intelligent communication and routing mechanisms for constrained and highly dynamic environments such as Internet of Vehicles (IoV), VANETs, and Internet of Things (IoT) systems. I am particularly interested in agent-based and hybrid routing strategies, scalability challenges, latency-aware communication, and secure data exchange in critical IoT applications, including e-health.
I have published in international Q1 and Q2 journals, including IEEE Access and Wireless Personal Communications, and actively contribute to the scientific community as a reviewer for Springer Nature journals. I supervise PhD and Master's students and am engaged in developing research-driven teaching in systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
I am interested in research collaborations, special issues, and interdisciplinary projects related to intelligent networking, secure distributed systems, and next-generation IoT architectures.
