About Pauline Thompson

I am a Professor of Psychology and academic leader whose work spans faculty governance, undergraduate education, and equity-focused institutional initiatives. My academic experience extends across three countries (Australia, New Zealand, and the United States) and multiple disciplines, including psychology, geography, anthropology, nursing and midwifery, sport and exercise science, sociology, and sustainability.

My scholarship and leadership focus on community psychology, cultural safety, and Indigenous and refugee health. I have held leadership roles at campus, college, and university levels and am particularly effective in collaborative, generative settings that support faculty success and translate institutional values into practice.
