About Peter Okyere
I am a Food Science and Technology graduate from Ghana with a strong interest in food safety, food microbiology, food processing, functional foods, fermentation technology, and food research. I have experience working on academic research involving microbial quality, pesticide residues, proximate composition, nutritional properties, and bioactive compounds in food products.
I am passionate about scientific research and academic publishing, and I am continuously developing my skills in research writing, data analysis, Microsoft Office, scientific communication, and manuscript preparation. I have also developed an interest in content creation, video recording, and video editing.
My long-term goal is to build a strong career in food science and technology through research, innovation, further education, and professional development. I am particularly interested in opportunities that will allow me to contribute to food safety, nutrition, public health, sustainable food systems, and the development of functional food products.
