About Pierangelo Blandino
My research deals with contemporary changes in the law as per the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s unprecedented changes.
In doing so, I integrate legal practices – also including those of the past – along with legal interpretation-based strategies.
Concretely, the object of my investigation regards international private law, contractual law developments, and automated data gathering practises. In turn, these developments matter in terms of their implications on privacy, expression of the will, and human agency.
Previous studies at Turin Law School, and Turin State Archive allowed me to approach a cross-disciplinary method towards legal, and societal issues.
