About SUPRIYA KRISHNAN

Supriya Krishnan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Patna University, India. She holds a Master’s degree in PMIR from Banaras Hindu University, a PG Diploma in Conflict Management, and a Ph.D., with academic expertise spanning Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Ethics, Conflict Management, and emerging areas such as Generative AI in higher education. Her interdisciplinary research connects management and social sciences with health and policy domains, including leadership, negotiation, economic policy analysis, international and community development, and disease prevention, with a particular focus on nutritional and metabolic disorders such as diabetes and hypertension. She actively contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer for leading publishers including Springer Nature, Elsevier, Frontiers, Wiley, and Bentham, and has participated in leadership development initiatives such as the Nurturing Future Leadership Program at IIM Bodh Gaya, India. Through her engagement in policy-relevant research, industry–academia collaboration, and student mentorship, she brings a balanced perspective of academic rigor, ethical scholarship, and applied interdisciplinary research to her role as an Editor at Scientific Reports.
