About Yanxiang Zhang

Yanxiang Zhang, a research fellow at Harbin Institute of Technology, is also an industry mentor at the Harbin Institute of Technology Zhengzhou Advanced Institute. His research mainly focuses on the development of new laser detection systems, including multi-dimensional light field modulation, laser mode spectrum measurement, and laser information detection. He is the principal investigator of a project funded by the Youth Science Foundation of Henan Province (Category C) and has deeply participated in three national ministry-level projects during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Currently, he has published 14 academic papers as the first or corresponding author in authoritative optical journals such as Light: Science & Applications (IF: 23.4), Opto-Electronic Advances (IF: 22.4), Laser & Photonics Reviews (IF: 10.0), and Light: Advanced Manufacturing (IF: 10.6), with two papers under review. Among them, five are in the top 1 zone of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and one was selected as the cover article of the journal. His papers have received over 500+ SCI citations. He has presented at three international and domestic conferences and has been granted or disclosed five national invention patents. He was nominated for the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of Harbin Institute of Technology and was honored with the title of "Outstanding Student" in Heilongjiang Province. He serves as a guest editor for the journal "Optics", a member of the organizing committee of academic conferences, and a reviewer for multiple international journals including OE, OL, and IEEE TIM.
