Dr. Yasir Khan is an Associate Professor of Economics at Jiangsu University of Technology, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Southeast University, Nanjing, where his research focused on the intersection of economic policy and environmental sustainability. Prior to his current position, Dr. Khan served as an Assistant Professor at Anhui Polytechnic University, contributing to pedagogy and research in international economics and development. His research expertise spans government policies and institutional quality in addressing environmental constraints, energy security , energy crises, and the implications of geopolitical uncertainty on global economies. Dr. Khan employs advanced econometric methods to analyze sustainable development challenges, with publications in high-impact journals such as Energy, Resources Policy, Energy Strategy Reviews,  Journal of Cleaner Production, and *Renewable Energy, Journal of Environmental Management, Clean Technologies & Environmental Policy, Air Quality Atmosphere & Health.
