Targeted therapeutic delivery using nanomaterials holds immense potential, but understanding how nano-bio interfaces rewire cellular networks remains a critical challenge. In this chapter, we outline an integrative framework connecting nanocarrier design with gene regulatory networks (GRNs) to decode intracellular dynamics, assess nanotoxicity, and optimize drug delivery.
