Universities cannot make nominations of Academic Experts. Universities cannot supply contact lists of Academic Experts. Individuals cannot nominate themselves for participation as Academic Experts. The Academic Experts selection is based on "The World latest Research data". Researchers are recognized based on record of research publications. World Research Leading Countries Ranks are based on Research Leadership Index (RLI) Score, which is analyzed based on Record of Research Publication RLI Score of the articles.
