Developmental organization of sensory and sympathetic ganglia

The neural crest generates a broad spectrum of cell types that migrate across the body plan to populate multiple tissues; the fate determination of these cells is still not clearly studied, especially in humans. This study uses mosaic variant barcode analysis to bring new insights to this question.
