Our annual creative art competition encourages primary school students from around Australia to think about the brain and its functions, and also helps teachers to introduce brain science to their students.

In 2021, our art competition encouraged primary school students to create an artwork inspired by our theme, ‘My brain helps me to…’ The competition closed on 16 April 2021.

We had over 1100 entries in the 2021 creative art competition. These artworks were shortlisted and then voted on by brain researchers from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Integrative Brain Function located all around Australia.
