Last week was Biophysics Week, and to celebrate, Cell have put together 10 spectacular images from the 2016 annual Image Contest demonstrating how advances in microscopy now allow us to see the ‘unseen’. Which one is your favourite?

The Image Contest is open to all current Biophysical Society members who attend the annual meeting, where the winner is announced.
