Emerging markets are experiencing rapid transformation driven by technological advancement, digitalization, entrepreneurship, sustainability imperatives and changing socioeconomic expectations. These developments create significant opportunities for researchers and practitioners to examine how innovation can contribute not only to economic growth but also to sustainable and inclusive development.

ICEM 2027 aims to provide an interdisciplinary academic platform for researchers, academicians, policymakers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and sustainability advocates to exchange research findings, emerging perspectives and practical solutions addressing contemporary economic, social, technological and environmental challenges.

The conference encourages dialogue across disciplines and seeks to bridge research and practice by bringing together diverse perspectives from academia, industry and policy.

  1. Sustainable Disruption & Technology Management
  2. Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Start-up Ecosystems
  3. Marketing Innovation & Responsible Consumer Behavior
  4. Green Supply Chain & Operations Management
  5. Green Finance, Accounting & Governance

Invitation to the Global Research Community

We warmly invite researchers, academicians, doctoral scholars, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers and members of the global research community to engage with ICEM 2027.

We particularly welcome opportunities to connect with researchers and academic experts working in emerging markets, sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, responsible management, climate action and related interdisciplinary areas.

We would also be pleased to explore academic collaborations with universities, research centres, editors, scholarly networks and research communities interested in contributing as speakers, reviewers, session chairs, advisory members or institutional collaborators.

Exploring Publication Collaboration

As part of our efforts to strengthen the academic impact of ICEM 2027, the Organizing Committee is interested in exploring appropriate publication opportunities for rigorously reviewed conference research.

We would particularly welcome guidance from relevant Springer Nature editors and publishing professionals regarding the suitability of ICEM 2027 for a Springer proceedings or edited-volume proposal, including the appropriate series, proposal process, editorial standards, peer-review requirements and publication workflow.

Any potential publication arrangement would, of course, remain subject to formal publisher evaluation, editorial approval, peer review and applicable indexing policies.

We would be grateful to connect with the appropriate Springer Nature publishing team or editors who may guide us in evaluating these possibilities.

Academic and Research Collaboration

Beyond publication, ICEM 2027 seeks to develop meaningful international academic partnerships. We welcome discussions with researchers, universities, research centres and scholarly communities interested in:

• International academic and research collaboration
• Keynote and invited speaker participation
• Researcher and institutional networking
• International research dissemination
• Editorial and peer-review contributions
• Joint research and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Future academic and conference collaborations

We would also appreciate guidance regarding any relevant Springer Nature initiatives, partnership opportunities or conference-support programmes for which an international academic conference such as ICEM 2027 may be eligible.

Join the Conversation

ICEM 2027 is envisioned not simply as a conference, but as a platform where researchers from different disciplines and regions can exchange ideas, build collaborations and explore how research can generate sustainable and lasting impact.

We invite the Springer Nature Research Communities and the wider global research community to connect with us, contribute their expertise and explore opportunities for academic collaboration around ICEM 2027.
