After a really packed conference season last year during which I traveled mostly in the summer months, I learned my lesson - spread the meetings throughout the year! So this time I'm starting early and am off to lovely Squaw Creek, by Lake Tahoe, to attend the Keystone Symposium on Natural Products and Synthetic Biology. The program looks spectacular, and with some long breaks and some snow showers over the last few days, plus a few more predicted to hit later in the week, the conditions for snowboarding look great as well - so I'm sure it'll be a really good week!
If you're also around and see me, either in the seminar room or on the slopes, come say hi.
