Scientific visit to Poland by Professor Obrillant Damus

Peasant researcher Obrillant Damus will be on a mission in Poland from September 1 to 28, 2025. He has been invited by the Maria Grzegorzewska University (Warsaw, Poland), the UNESCO/Janusz Korczak Chair in Social Pedagogy and the Polish National Commission for UNESCO.

Peasant researcher Obrillant Damus will be on a mission in Poland from September 1 to 28, 2025. He has been invited by the Maria Grzegorzewska University (Warsaw, Poland), the UNESCO/Janusz Korczak Chair in Social Pedagogy and the Polish National Commission for UNESCO. Thanks to the efforts of Professor Anna Odrowąż-Coates, he has obtained a grant from the Commission for his scientific stay.

During his stay, he will give two lectures on regenerative and restorative pedagogies (educational and anthropological aspects). Part of his stay will be devoted to visiting historical and natural monuments in Poland.

Obrillant Damus is currently a visiting professor at Laval University (Québec, Canada). His research and teaching mission is funded by the Fonds de Recherche du Québec (FRQ).

He is a full professor at the Université d'État d'Haiti and an associate professor at the Université de Sherbrooke (Québec, Canada).
